Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request by email to legal@rinx.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements. Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to us using the information provided in the “Contact Information” section below, indicating that you are requesting to opt-out of the sale of your personal information under Nevada law.
Non-U.S. Visitor’s Rights
The owner of the Services is based in the State of Delaware in the United States. We provide the Services for use only by persons located in the United States. Non-U.S. persons visiting from other countries should be aware that, by visiting the Services, you are agreeing to be subject to U.S. privacy laws rather than the laws of your home country.
